Public transport options involve multiple bus transfers, making taxis or ride-sharing services like Uber a more direct and convenient choice for reaching the Guadalajara venue. While public transport is available, it requires significant route planning and may not be the most efficient option for race weekend logistics.

A DEKA race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a DEKA race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 10 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 10 DEKA stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Compromised Running

The true separator in DEKA. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
