From the airport, take the C1 suburban train line towards Fuengirola and alight at the Torremolinos station, which is a short walk to the venue. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available from the airport and throughout the city for direct transport to the venue.

A DEKA race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a DEKA race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 10 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 10 DEKA stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Compromised Running

The true separator in DEKA. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
