Cairo International Airport (CAI) is the primary gateway. From CAI, you can take a taxi or ride-share service directly to the venue, which is the most convenient option. Public transport within Cairo is extensive but can be complex for visitors; however, if the venue is located near a Cairo Metro station, this would be an affordable alternative. Specific metro line and station details will be provided once the venue is announced. Parking availability will also depend on the chosen venue.

Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
