The nearest major airport to Farnborough is London Heathrow (LHR), approximately a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. From central London, take a South Western Railway train from London Waterloo towards Farnborough Main station. The journey takes approximately 35-45 minutes. The Farnborough venue is a short taxi or ride-share journey from Farnborough Main station. Limited parking may be available at the venue, but public transport is highly recommended.

A DEKA race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a DEKA race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 10 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 10 DEKA stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Compromised Running

The true separator in DEKA. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
