Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) is the nearest major airport, approximately a 20-minute taxi or ride-share from the venue. From the city center, public transport options are readily available. Take the Tram Line 1 (T1) towards Benidorm and alight at the station closest to the Alicante venue (station name to be confirmed). Taxis and ride-sharing services are also abundant and offer a direct route to the event site. Parking information for the venue will be provided closer to the event date.

A DEKA race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a DEKA race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 10 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 10 DEKA stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Compromised Running

The true separator in DEKA. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
