How to Get There +

The nearest airport to MITEC is Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL), approximately a 45-60 minute drive depending on traffic. From the airport, taxis or ride-sharing services (like Grab) are the most direct options to reach the venue.

Public transport options are available but require transfers. You can take the KLIA Ekspres train to KL Sentral, then transfer to the LRT Kelana Jaya Line (LRT KJ10) towards Gombak. Alight at Masjid Jamek and transfer to the MRT Kajang Line (MRT SBK17) towards Sungai Buloh, alighting at Semantan MRT Station (SBK10), which is a short taxi or ride-share ride from MITEC. Parking availability at MITEC should be confirmed closer to the event.

Flexible Training Schedule

What your training plan covers

A HYROX race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.

"I was skeptical about another fitness app, but TrainRox is different. It's built specifically for HYROX, not adapted from generic CrossFit templates."
