For athletes competing at the Singapore EXPO, staying in the Changi or Tanah Merah areas offers excellent proximity to the venue. These districts provide a range of accommodation options, from budget-friendly hotels to more upscale choices, ensuring a comfortable stay close to the action. When it comes to dining, explore the numerous hawker centers and local eateries scattered throughout the eastern part of Singapore. Look for "food villages" or "kopitiams" for authentic and affordable meals, offering a true taste of Singaporean cuisine. What your training plan covers
A HYROX race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.
Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
"I was skeptical about another fitness app, but TrainRox is different. It's built specifically for HYROX, not adapted from generic CrossFit templates."
