How to Get There +
The nearest major airport to the Philadelphia venue is Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), approximately a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. From the airport, you can take the SEPTA Airport Line train towards the city center and alight at a station closest to the venue, followed by a short taxi or ride-share. Alternatively, a taxi or ride-share service from PHL directly to the venue is a convenient option, typically taking 30-45 minutes. Public transport within the city, including SEPTA buses and subway lines, can also connect you to the venue area; check local transit maps for specific routes and stops closest to the Philadelphia venue.

For athletes heading to HYROX Philadelphia 2026, staying near the venue is key. Consider the Center City district, offering a wide range of hotels and easy access. The Old City area also provides a historic charm with numerous accommodation options. When hunger strikes, Philadelphia offers a culinary scene that’s hard to beat. For a quintessential Philly experience, you can’t go wrong with a classic cheesesteak from iconic spots like Jim's South St. or Pat's King of Steaks. For something a bit more upscale but still casual, explore the Reading Terminal Market, a historic indoor market bustling with diverse food vendors offering everything from fresh produce and artisanal cheeses to gourmet sandwiches and ethnic cuisines.

What your training plan covers
A DEKA race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.
Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a DEKA race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 10 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 10 DEKA stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.
Compromised Running
The true separator in DEKA. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
"I was skeptical about another fitness app, but TrainRox is different. It's built specifically for hybrid racing, not adapted from generic CrossFit templates."
