From the airport, you can utilize the Airport Rail Link to connect to the BTS Skytrain system. Take the Airport Rail Link City Line to Phaya Thai Station, then transfer to the BTS Sukhumvit Line towards Bearing and alight at the nearest station to the venue (station to be confirmed closer to the event).
