Your race wristband gives you access to the venue only on the day of your race. To enter the hall before your official check-in window, please go via the Spectators check in with your athlete ticket QR code. This will only apply to the day of your race.
If you want to enter the venue on any other day, you will need to purchase a spectator ticket. This is to maintain the overall experience for all athletes and their loved ones and to ensure the safety of all participants and spectators.

The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre is easily accessible. The nearest major airport is Brisbane Airport (BNE), approximately a 25-30 minute drive. From the city center, take the South Bank railway station, which is a short walk from the venue. Numerous bus routes also service the South Brisbane area. Taxis and ride-share services are readily available and provide direct access to the venue. Limited parking is available at the venue, but it is recommended to utilize public transport or ride-sharing due to high demand.

Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
