Athlete Bio

Dad with a fulltime job in the oil field and three daughters in Midland, TX. I'm a CrossFit Regionals qualifier and powerlifting North American champion. I've also squatted 500 and ran a sub 5:00 mile on the same day. HYROX has been my most recent hobby!
