How to Get There +

Getting to the Genève venue is straightforward. The nearest major airport is Geneva Airport (GVA), approximately a 15-20 minute taxi or ride-share from most city locations. From Geneva Airport, take the CFF trains (lines RE, IC, IR) towards the city center, disembarking at Gare Cornavin. From Gare Cornavin, public transport options will depend on the exact venue location, but typically involve local buses or trams to the nearest stop to the venue. Taxi and ride-sharing services are readily available throughout the city for direct transport to the venue.

When you touch down in Genève for HYROX 2026, focus your accommodation search around the Paquis and Saint-Gervais districts. These areas offer a good balance of proximity to potential venues and a vibrant local atmosphere. You'll find a range of hotels and apartments, making it convenient to get to the race and explore the city. For refueling, the Pâquis district is packed with diverse culinary options. Consider trying Le Relais de l'Entrecôte for its classic steak frites experience or explore the numerous international bistros and cafes dotted along Rue de Lausanne. Saint-Gervais also boasts charming eateries, perfect for a post-race meal or a pre-race carb-load. Many restaurants offer lakeside views, adding a scenic element to your dining.

Flexible Training Schedule

What your training plan covers

A DEKA race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a DEKA race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 10 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 10 DEKA stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Compromised Running

The true separator in DEKA. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.

"I was skeptical about another fitness app, but TrainRox is different. It's built specifically for hybrid racing, not adapted from generic CrossFit templates."
