Important Notes
- You must bring ID.
- Checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.
- During race weekend, it is only possible to check in on the day you are competing.
- At athlete registration you will receive: an Athlete wristband, Venue access wristband, an Ankle strap & timing chip, and your Bib number.
- You will not be able to race without all of the above.

Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket.

Mechelen is easily accessible. The nearest major airport is Brussels Airport (BRU), approximately a 30-40 minute train ride away. From Brussels Airport, take a direct train to Mechelen Central Station. From Mechelen Central Station, the venue at Plattebeekstraat 1 is a straightforward taxi or ride-share journey of about 5-10 minutes. Public transport from the station to the immediate vicinity of the venue may require a local bus connection; check local schedules upon arrival. Limited parking may be available at or near the venue; consult event-specific signage.
