- Required Identification: You must bring a physical copy of your ID. Digital copies or photographs will not be accepted.
- No Third-Party Check-ins: Checking in on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
- Race Day Check-in Only: During race weekend, it is only possible to check in on the specific day you are competing.
At Athlete Registration, you will receive:
- Athlete wristband
- Venue access wristband
- Ankle strap & timing chip
- Bib number
Please note: You will not be able to race without all of the above items.
Ceremony Times +
Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket. Please refer to the ceremony schedule below.

How to Get There +
The Koelnmesse is easily accessible. The nearest international airport is Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN), approximately a 20-30 minute taxi or train ride away. From the airport, take the S-Bahn line S19 towards Düren or any other train heading towards Cologne main station (Hauptbahnhof), then transfer to the S-Bahn lines S6, S11, or S12, or take a tram (lines 1, 7, or 9) to the 'Koelnmesse' stop. If arriving by train at Cologne Hauptbahnhof, take tram lines 1, 7, or 9 directly to the 'Koelnmesse' stop. Taxis and ride-share services are readily available throughout the city.

Functional Station Training
