Lina Maria Cardona

I'm a Colombian-Spanish athlete who spent years searching for my true fitness path. From football to CrossFit and the gym, I explored different disciplines until I discovered HYROX and found the sport that truly challenges and inspires me. My journey is about becoming the best version of myself every day and proving that age is just a number when passion, discipline, and determination lead the way.
