My name is Evgenii Kuzmin. I live in Thailand, where I run my business, coach people, and compete in HYROX.

I’m 46 years old, and I believe age should never define your limits. For many years I focused on business and neglected my health. My weight reached 96 kg. I decided to change my lifestyle, committed to training, and today I weigh 73 kg.

Sport has always been part of my life through functional training and Muay Thai, but HYROX became the challenge I was looking for. I started in January 2026 and immediately fell in love with its combination of strength, endurance, strategy, and measurable progress.

My first race was HYROX Bangkok Pro. I made pacing mistakes and learned valuable lessons that completely changed my approach to training. Today I train twice a day and focus on improving my weaknesses.

Alongside HYROX training, I practice mobility, Muay Thai, and juggle five 1 kg balls to develop coordination, focus, body control, and decision-making under fatigue.

Bangkok is a special place for me. It was where my HYROX journey began, and I believe it’s one of the best cities in the world to race because of its energy and community.

My philosophy is simple: Train smart. Learn your body. Understand your pace. Improve step by step. Never let your age decide what you’re capable of.
