How to Get There +
The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) is easily accessible. The nearest airport is Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), approximately a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. From the airport, take the Airport Rail Link to Asok station and transfer to the MRT Sukhumvit line. The QSNCC has its own MRT station, Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, directly serving the venue. Alternatively, taxis and ride-sharing services like Grab are readily available throughout Bangkok and offer a direct route to the QSNCC.

Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
