Your race wristband gives you access to the venue only on the day of your race. To enter the hall before your official check-in window, please go via the Spectators check in with your athlete ticket QR code. This will only apply to the day of your race.
If you want to enter the venue on any other day, you will need to purchase a spectator ticket. This is to maintain the overall experience for all athletes and their loved ones and to ensure the safety of all participants and spectators.

How to Get There +
The Taipei Nangang Exhibition Centre is well-connected. The nearest major airport is Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), approximately a 40-50 minute drive away. From the airport, take the Airport MRT to Taipei Main Station, then transfer to the Bannan Line (Blue Line) towards Dingpu and alight at the Nangang Exhibition Center Station. The venue is directly accessible from this station. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available throughout the city.

Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
