The nearest international airport to the venue is Dubai International Airport (DXB), approximately a 20-30 minute taxi or ride-share journey depending on traffic. For public transport, take the Dubai Metro Red Line from the airport towards UAE Exchange. Alight at Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station. From there, it's a short taxi ride or a brisk walk to the venue, depending on its precise location within Dubai. Parking availability will be confirmed closer to the event.

A DEKA race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a DEKA race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 10 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 10 DEKA stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Compromised Running

The true separator in DEKA. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
