How to Get There +
The nearest major airport to Braga is Porto Airport (OPO), approximately a 45-minute to 1-hour drive. From Porto Airport, take the Metro (Line E - Purple) to Trindade Station in Porto. At Trindade, transfer to the Metro (Line B - Red) towards Vila do Conde/Póvoa de Varzim and alight at Modivas. From Modivas, take a regional train (Urbanos do Porto) towards Guimarães or Braga and disembark at Braga Station. The venue is a short taxi or ride-share from Braga Station. Limited parking may be available at the venue, but public transport is recommended.

For dining, explore the area around Rua Dom Diogo de Sousa, known for its traditional Portuguese restaurants serving hearty dishes like "Bacalhau à Braga" (codfish Braga style) and "Papas de Sarrabulho." You'll also find numerous "tascas" (traditional taverns) offering local wines and petiscos (Portuguese tapas). Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a DEKA race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 10 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 10 DEKA stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.
Compromised Running
The true separator in DEKA. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
