How to Get There +

The nearest major airport to Riga is Riga International Airport (RIX). From RIX, take bus route 22 towards the city center and alight at the 'Centrāltirgus' stop. From there, transfer to tram route 5 or 7 towards Imanta/Daugavgrīva and get off at the 'Ķīpsala' stop, which is a short walk from the exhibition center. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available at the airport and offer a direct route to the venue.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
