The Autódromo do Estoril is accessible via public transport and car. The nearest major airport is Lisbon Airport (LIS), approximately a 40-minute drive away. From Lisbon, take the Linha de Cascais train from Cais do Sodré station towards Cascais. Alight at the Estoril station. From Estoril station, a taxi or ride-share service is recommended for the short journey to the Autódromo do Estoril. Limited parking may be available at the venue; check specific event details for confirmation.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYBRID DAY race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYBRID DAY stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYBRID DAY. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
