News & UpdatesThe 2026/27 HYROX season is now live on TrainRox. Following last week's teaser, the full 2026/27 HYROX Race Calendar is public, and we have added the whole season to our races hub so you can map out your year. The schedule features over 100 races across six continents, with six new host cities: Basel, Bari, Nagoya, Kraków, San Diego, and Portland. Many major events are shifting to multi-day race weeks, such as Manchester at twelve days and Amsterdam and Cardiff at ten. The season culminates at the World Championships in Hong Kong. You can filter by city or date to target your next personal best or qualifying slot on the HYROX calendar. The adidas x ATHX Games have officially released the full 2027 workout lineup for LITE, ATHX, and ATHX PRO across Individual and Pairs formats. The competition is structured into three zones: Strength, which aggregates 1RM shoulder to overhead, 2RM back squat, and 3RM deadlift scores; Endurance, a 24-minute cap event combining a set-distance run and max-distance ski-erg; and Metcon-X, a 25-minute chipper featuring rows, dumbbell movements, sandbag work, and bench burpees. Performance director Ollie Marchon will provide further breakdowns of these zones in the coming weeks. This expansion underscores the growth of hybrid racing beyond HYROX, with major sportswear brands now establishing their own dedicated competition formats.
