How to Get There +
The Asiaworld-Expo is easily accessible. From Hong Kong International Airport (HKG), it's a short taxi or ride-share journey (approximately 10-15 minutes). Alternatively, take the Airport Express train one stop to Asia-Expo station, which is directly connected to the venue. If arriving from the city, the MTR Tung Chung Line will take you to Tung Chung station, where you can then transfer to the Airport Express or take a taxi.

Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
