University lecturer and fitness enthusiast from Bangkok, Thailand. I enjoy strength training and challenging myself beyond my everyday academic life. HYROX has become a new journey for me — combining endurance, strength, discipline, and teamwork.
I completed my first HYROX in the Doubles Men division in Bangkok, and for me, racing is not only about finishing time. It is about staying active, enjoying the challenge, supporting my partner, and becoming a stronger version of myself.
