The nearest major airport to Rome is Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), approximately a 30-40 minute drive to the venue. From FCO, you can take the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini station, then transfer to a local bus or taxi.

Public transport to Via Portuense 1645/1647 often involves bus routes. Several local bus lines stop in the vicinity; check local schedules for the most direct routes from major transit hubs like Roma Termini. The closest tram or metro stops may require a further bus connection. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available throughout the city and offer a convenient, albeit potentially more expensive, option directly to the venue.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running
