Ceremony Times +

Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket. Please refer to the ceremony schedule below.

How to Get There +

The nearest major airport is İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB), approximately a 30-45 minute drive to the venue. From the airport, you can take the M2 Metro line directly towards Alsancak, getting off at the "Hilal" station. From Hilal, you will need to transfer to a local bus or take a taxi/ride-share service to reach the specific İzmir venue. Taxis and ride-sharing apps are readily available throughout the city and offer a convenient alternative, especially for traveling with gear.

For race weekend accommodation, consider staying in the Alsancak or Konak districts. These areas offer a good balance of proximity to the venue and a lively atmosphere with plenty of amenities. Alsancak, in particular, is known for its modern hotels and easy access to the Kordon, a popular waterfront promenade perfect for a pre- or post-race stroll.

When it comes to dining, İzmir boasts a fantastic culinary scene. Explore the Kemeraltı Market area for authentic Turkish mezes and kebabs, offering a true taste of local life. For fresh seafood, head to the coastal areas or the restaurants along the Kordon. Many establishments serve traditional Aegean cuisine, emphasizing fresh ingredients and olive oil, which are perfect for fueling your athletic endeavors.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
