Introducing the TrainRox League: a HYROX Ranking for Everyone Who Races
Open, Pro and Elite on one leaderboard. Your best three races of the last year earn you TrainRox points and a tier, from Bronze to Diamond.
HYROX ranks its elite. The official points ranking covers the licensed athletes racing for the Elite 15, and it does that job well. But most of us will never hold a license, and we still want to know where we stand.
So we built one for everyone. The TrainRox League ranks every athlete and every pair who raced HYROX in the last year: more than 650,000 entries across five leaderboards, Open, Pro and Elite together.
How your points work
Every race you finish is worth up to 100 race points. We compare your time with a benchmark set at the best pace HYROX has seen, corrected for the course you ran on. Heat, humidity and a tight running loop cost time, so a slow course does not cost you points, and a fast one does not hand you any. Pro has its own benchmark, measured from athletes who race both divisions.
Your TrainRox points come from your best three races of the last 365 days, up to 300. Think of it as three slots. If you have raced fewer than three times, an empty slot is worth 85% of the average of your other races, and a race only takes a slot when it beats that. A bad day never lowers your points.

Five tiers
Your points put you in a tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond. The lines are fixed numbers of points, so Diamond this year is Diamond next year, and each leaderboard has its own lines because the fields differ.

Where to find it
There are five leaderboards: Singles Men, Singles Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Women and Doubles Mixed. A doubles entry is the pair, so every partnership has its own place. Filter by country or age group to see your rank there next to your world rank, or search for anyone.
Your ranking also sits on your athlete profile, next to the HYROX Elite Rankings for those who have them, and it shows up when you hover over any athlete's name across the site. Open a row to see which races count and what each one was worth.

The leaderboards update every night, and a new event counts the night after it ends.
